Whatever things we do in our life we expect something positive to return in a positive way. When we take diction mainly we consider what we get at the end, as university students, we are always encouraged to develop soft skills by taking part in extracurricular activities. While this may seem like an additional burden on top of your degree. Being an AIESECer is one of the great opportunities to build yourself and discover the leader within you through the different experiences. AIESEC is a global platform for young people to develop their leadership skills through practical experiences of many kinds, including internships and volunteering opportunities, beyond that AIESEC provides many more.
Membership interviews are a great experience for AIESECEers because they allow them to explain your ideas, engage with different people, express your knowledge and thought, and overcome their fear of interviews, all of which have made them better leaders in the past. There are several factions to work with in AIESEC, and being passionate about what we do helps us market ourselves in ways that put us ahead of the competition. Another advantage of AIESEC is the opportunity to practice public speaking. Because of the team-centric nature of AIESEC, we are forced to overcome our shyness and fear of speaking in front of a crowd.
The structure of AIESEC operations has been with meeting new people, and building exchange ideas and improving communication skills. It helps them to leave their comfort zone and see the word for what it really is. exposure to individuals from various cultures. Our world becomes more diverse the more people we encounter. Being an AIESECer is about coming together from radically different backgrounds and sharing information, experience, and stories with one another that you would not have if you stayed in your comfort zone. You make friends with people you least expect to and keep them for the rest of your life.AIESEC is the only thing that unites you all, regardless of where you are from, and that creates a strong tie.
The wonderful thing about it all is that it makes you proud to identify as an AIESECer because of all the special things you can only experience through an AIESEC experience.
