Celebrated as the most iconic corporate forum in the heart of Sri Lanka, Trailblazers is an exemplary movement initiated by AIESEC in University of Peradeniya that brings together young Millenials and leads them to step into the future, overcoming the challenges ahead while filling the gap between the corporate world and the youth.

Trailblazers ‘22 continues to lighten up hopes of the youth amidst the prevailing tough times in the country. This project considers educating the youth to analyze the current drastic situation in Sri Lanka critically and to have exposure to sustainable solutions and strategies for the long run, as crucial. In addition, productive and fruitful discussions based on the above-mentioned topics are expected to be articulated in a perspective related to the corporate sector. Thus, the voyage of Trailblazers 22 is ready to break a sweat for the personal and professional development of the precious youth who are regarded as treasures of the country.

The current situation in the country requires all of us to be agile and receptive to change. We need our leaders to be closer to the ground, awaken the leadership and respond intelligently appropriately to the changes that can come very fast and even be devastating at times. Our intention is to make everybody a leader forming a network of leaders believing that youth is the asset Sri Lanka process to handle the situation in the country now.
