Jayewardenepura Exchange Leadership Development Seminar, the biggest event of the LC’s calendar was held on the 24th and 25th of April at the Purple Sun Resort, Avissawella for the 9th consecutive time with the prime objective of developing the leadership potential of AIESECers and delivering them the true essence of AIESEC.
Haycarb PLC joined hands with AIESEC in USJ as a Gold Partner of JXLDS 9.0, contributing to mould the leaders of tomorrow. They also provided Oxypura masks throughout the conference for all participants of the event.
Furthermore, one of the main highlights of JXLDS 9.0 was the session delivered by Mr. Rajitha Kariyawasan, the managing director of Haycarb PLC on the topic “From a graduate to the corporate boardroom – Life lessons from a CEO”.
