“The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment”.

– Tony Robbins –

The leaders always guide their team towards success instead of pulling them to victory. They ensure the journey of success is not forcefully attained, but they inspire to push limits. When it comes to a team in the cooperative sector, it is vital to pool all the characters and talents together. Meanwhile, encouragement is the primary factor that lies behind the inspiration of your team to push the limits. To maintain the motivation, you can utilize the following elements within your team.

Encourage and discourage the team at the same time

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I often emphasize how workers can work more effectively, highlight other things they can do for the firm, and remind them that they need to set more aggressive revenue objectives.

I’ve discovered over the years that criticizing individuals four days a week motivates them to work harder, but it also causes them to quit. So, every Friday, I congratulate them on a job well done and express my delight in working with them. I also do the same thing over the weekend via text messages and emails, making them happy and eager to work hard the next day. I chose Fridays to compliment since it’s usually a deadline day when everyone is attempting to meet all of their weekly objectives. Telling your staff how great they did shows them that you value them and provides them with a sense of accomplishment.

Set goals for the team

I find that dangling a carrot in front of my staff motivates them to work hard while also keeping them pleased. You’ll have to determine which carrots appeal to which team. If you’re having trouble figuring out what will appeal to them, start by dangling money, as most individuals desire to advance in their careers and earn more money. Ensure your employee is emotionally attached to whatever carrot you choose to dangle. It’s nice to play with reasoning, but dangling carrots that appeal to emotions are more successful.

Treat the team well

A workplace is a collaborative setting where employees and managers collaborate to achieve company objectives. Employees are a company’s most valuable asset because they are the ones who work for you day and night. If you want to recruit and keep the best people, give them the best and make them feel like they’re a part of the company’s mission. When company leaders show an active and genuine interest in the people they manage, they invest in real-time to understand their staff on a fundamental level. They create an environment that fosters increased productivity and, of course, growth! This post will show you how to avoid frequent mistakes and handle your staff.

Let your staff utter their voice

Someone is not your slave simply because they work for you. They are there to assist you in growing your company and doing what is best for it. They are not there to serve as your servants. People want to be heard, and everyone has sentiments. Solicit feedback from your employees when you’re in meetings or making business decisions.

Push their limits

Push their limits

You don’t have to heed their advice all of the time, but it’s always a good idea to ask what they think because they might have an idea or point of view that you haven’t considered. This will also encourage kids to think outside the box. They might even start making decisions for you one day so you can concentrate on the big picture.

Being a conscious leader, make sure that you set goals for your team while encouraging your team. But make sure that you give necessary feedback to your team and provide them with space to share their thoughts. Be the leader who inspires the team to push the limits.
